How We Got Started

Ten years ago, we opened an empanada restaurant with one goal: share the flavors we grew up loving in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The best surprise was how many customers kept asking the same question — “Do you sell the disc by itself?”

We realized something important: people wanted the freedom to create their own fillings at home, but they needed reliable, high-quality dough they could trust.

Now, years later, we’re bringing that idea to life. We’re using the same recipe to provide empanada discs to everyday cooks, foodies, and families.
